At LJ Industri we work with steel in all grades (S235-S355), aluminum and stainless steel, and where we carry out our mechanical work on modern and automated machines.

 

In connection with sheet metal processing, you will often need to have machine work carried out in the form of welding. Here we can work within the welding types TIG, MIG, MAG, Powder, Alu and CO2, which will ensure you a good result, regardless of the material.

 

Plasma cutter

In industry, cutting machines are indispensable machines that play a crucial role in the production of precise and complex components. Regardless of the types of metal involved, cutting machines are essential to achieve high quality and efficiency.

 

At LJ Industri A/S we have a state of the art plasma cutter from ESAB Cutting Systems. The system uses 2 heads, respectively Plasma cutting and Flame cutting. The table below shows the cutting capacities:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edge bending and edge pressing

We can carry out edge bending, also known as edge pressing, where we increase the strength and firmness of the material.

 

This is essential when we have to work with different materials and where machine work is part of the process. Our edge bending can be done for up to 6 meters - which ensures you the best conditions for the products if you want to increase both stability and durability.

 

Machine repair

In terms of construction, machines are a complicated size, which is why we also handle machine repair at LJ Industri. Many machine systems will eventually have components that lose their functional capabilities and therefore need to be repaired. With our expertise in machine work, we can always take care of the machine repair for you.

 

Wear and tear is important to take seriously when it comes to machines. If you do not ensure that various components are sent for repair in time, it could destroy the entire machinery and thus require a complete replacement of the machine. We can take care of the task in our own workshop or out at your place, as we have fully equipped service vehicles so that we can easily reach you.
